Food for Hope

Description: Since June 2021, Three Notch’d Nonprofit Solutions has provided ongoing grant writing support to Food for Hope, raising more than $500,000 in funds for the organization from city, county, corporate, and foundation entities. Food for Hope is a small nonprofit in Adams County, Colorado that partners with school districts to provide food to families in need through: in-school food banks; school snacks; and weekend food bags. In recent years, Food for Hope has seen the demand for services skyrocket, with clients accessing food banks more than doubling during these challenging economic times. Food for Hope has increased its organizational budget by 360% since 2021, with grant funds playing a major role. These additional funds have enabled the organization to increase staff and make other internal improvements to serve more residents in need.
